Create Profile Screen

If the user is known we present them the profile screen were they can edit and fill the remaining information out about themselves. If the user chooses not the fill out the information they will be sent to the coaching flow and once they have finished the coaching screens we will send them back to complete the profile section.

Min Requirements are First Name / Last Name and password. Email is an option that we can always ask later.
