Task Detail Communication Flow

This detail will illustrate the advanced features and the value of the new communication flow. When the task has been updated with a new comment the updated comment will display inline within the task as a communication unit. The user can scroll down the communication thread to read and interact with each communication unit. This is vital that each individual communication unit can be replied directly to, this will aid in reducing the noise of the communication between user and keep individual updated based on need rather than being notified with every update.

The communication units will contain the to and from units in a simple manner that can be easily understood. As the task has the ability to add people to each item they will be added to the to / from sections. Each profile will have its own avatar “profile pic” this is vital to help address the issues with identification with users, if the user is unknown to the system we will show the unknown users phone number. If a user taps on an avatar the users contact information will appear below the avatar, the user can tap to call the person.
